A Little More Love!

I just have a minute cause I'm busy packing to leave town tomorrow, but I just wanted to post a couple more Valentine's things I made.


First, a Pillow, Thank you V&Co. for the tutorial. 

 I've been going through my fabric lately and folding every piece nicely, and remembered some tiny decorator fabric samples that I was given.  The woven textures on these are just too cool to throw away yet.

Anyway I was playing around with them and thought it would be fun to make a V-Day pillow. And that's how the idea was born.  Did it turn out Fancy or Funky? I'm not sure.  I also used a recycled pillow that I had to cut down to the right size...More on that later.

 Anyway... Item number two is a little Valentine's bag that Jack requested so he could carry his Valentine's to school.  Too cute of a request not to honor.

 He wanted it to be the same size that I had made him to carry around his toys when he was 2.

And I'm off for a fun girls weekend with Mer to visit Aunt Lizzie! Yipee!!!.
